Flame front generator panels are used in flare systems to ignite the pilots on flare tip, and to monitor the pilots flame. This application can be supplied in manual and/or automatic type. Materials available for the control enclosures are cast aluminium alloy, cast iron and stainless steel (AISI 316) for hazardous area installation in Zone 1 & 2 (ATEX certified). The ignition lines can be supplied in carbon steel or stainless steel (AISI 304/ AISI 316) material. |

Our high energy ignition system is used to ignite the pilots on heater burners and flares tip. The device is fully electronic controlled through a microprocessor that checks time of discharge and the cycle of operation. The arc produced from a discharge capacitor ignites the fuel gas inside the pilot. The sparkers are waterproof, heat resistant and are suitable to work in hard environmental conditions. |

AWL systems as per ICAO rules can be supplied in low intensity and medium intensity (White/Red) type. The enclosure material can be cast aluminium alloy or cast iron. The optical parts are made with borosilicate glass. The available systems are suitable for Hazardous Area and Safe Area (IP protection only) Installation. |
